The printing services offered at the Dilly Print Shop are high quality and efficient. We offer a quick turnaround. We like to offer as much information over the phone as we can, and are also quick to reply over email. The Dilly Print Shop encourages its customers to contact us to request information for price quotes and other printing services. 

Working with Dani

Dani called in to get price quotes for printing programs. She wanted information on our current paper stock, pricing charts, paper weight requirements and how quickly we could the print job turned around. We spoke with her over the phone about all of her concerns. Dani seemed pleased with our conversation as she mentioned how some print shops had quoted her incorrect information and were not as helpful over the phone. We worked with Dani to put a print plan into action and a potential layout for her programs. Dani brought in her files that same day to get some samples going and she was very pleased with the options we had for her. 

Providing Printing Services

Dani placed her order that same day! We got to work immediately and were able to turn around the print job on the same day. Although this is not always possible, we were happy to do it for Dani. Dani was also very patient to wait in the office until the order was complete. This is the kind of printing experience we want all of our customers to have at the Dilly Print Shop!

Referrals to the Dilly Print Shop

We love when our customers refer their friends to print services at our Dilly Print Shop. Referrals are very much appreciated by local business, as is the case with us! For our storage units, we also offer referral discounts for those who bring in new storage tenants. 

Print Services Referral

Smith visited the Dilly Print Shop to print some formal invitations. He had friends who referred him to the Dilly Print Shop! We got some invitation samples printed for him to get the process going as soon as he came in. He realized upon printing that some names and logo placements were incorrect. He needed to make some revisions and talk to his brother-in-law to get the correct names. 

That same day we got an email from Jeremy, a frequent Dilly customer. He fixed everything for Smith’s invitations and attached it in an email. Jeremy and Smith are good friends, he was actually the one who referred Smith to the Dilly Print Shop! Jeremy had made some edits to make the cutting process to make it easier for us. Jeremy also helps us with his orders by doing these small edits, like formatting where the actual printing cuts need to be made using dotted lines. This is another reason why we love referrals! Frequent Dilly Print Shop customers are very helpful and can help make print jobs easier for new referrals to the print shop.

Dilly Print Shop Rules for Requests

The Dilly Print Shop works diligently on its printing projects for its customers. We will help shape the layout of your print and communicate with you to make sure we get you what you want. We know that our prices are much lower than other print shops, but we remain firm on our price. Some customers have requested to adjust margins to fit more items on one sheet, such as printing tickets. We can adjust this for you to help with cost, however for big print jobs it may be difficult.

Print Requests for Customers

We did this for a customer but then soon realized that her company was not approving of the new print layout and would not honor the print request. However, we already completed the print job and it was ready for pickup. In cases like this, we have to politely remind customers that our print services are not free and our staff work hard to complete print jobs. Please be certain of your print needs before requesting a full printout at the Dilly Print Shop.
